Ngoài 4 dân oan Dương Nội bị bắt vào sáng 24/6/2020 là bà Nguyễn Thị Tâm, bà Cấn Thị Thêu và hai con trai, anh Trịnh Bá Phương, Trịnh Bá Tư, còn có hai người khác bị bắt cùng ngày.
Ông Vũ Tiến Chi, sinh năm 1966 quê Nam Định, cư trú tại Bảo Lộc , Lâm Đồng. Báo chí nhà sản nói rằng ông Chi bị bắt khi đang livestream … nói xấu đảng.
Người còn lại là bà Nguyễn Thị Cẩm Thuý, sinh năm 1976, từng là một giáo viên dạy cấp 2 nhưng đã bị đuổi việc do quan điểm chính trị đối kháng với đảng cộng sản. Bà Cẩm Thuý bị kết tội “đốt quốc kỳ và hình hồ chí minh”.
Cả 6 người trên đều bị bắt giam với cáo buộc “làm, tàng trữ, phát tán hoặc tuyên truyền thông tin, tài liệu, vật phẩm nhằm chống NNCHXHCN VN”- điều 117 BLHS năm 2015.
Tóm lại, cả 6 người bị bắt “can tội” nói thật, không chịu thoả hiệp, khuất phục trước chế độ độc tài. Nực cười ở chỗ họ bị buộc tội chống cái không có thật. Ông Trọng, TBT kiêm CTN từng khẳng định, cuối thế kỷ 21 chưa chắc VN đã có xã hội chủ nghĩa. Chưa phải nhà nước XHCN mà kết tội dân chống NN XHCN thì là vu khống, là chống cái không tồn tại, không có thật, chống ma chống quỷ chứ cái gì nữa.
