Đây là hình ảnh mới nhất của người thanh niên yêu nước Phan Kim Khánh mới đăng tải hôm qua sau khi đã hoàn thành án 6 năm tù giam trong lao tù cộng sản.
Ngày 25/10/2017, Tòa án tỉnh Thái Nguyên đã tuyên phạt người sinh viên trẻ Phan Kim Khánh 6 năm tù giam và 4 năm quản chế, với cáo buộc tuyên truyền chống nhà nước theo điều 88 của BLHS, vì đã sử dụng mạng xã hội để cổ vũ ôn hòa cho đa đảng và tự do báo chí ngôn luận tại Việt Nam.
Sinh năm 1993, Phan Kim Khánh từng là Chủ tịch Hội Sinh viên Khoa Quan hệ Quốc tế Đại học Thái Nguyên và là một người dẫn chương trình được nhiều sinh viên trong trường Đại học Thái Nguyên biết đến. Trước khi bị CSVN bắt giữ, Phan Kim Khánh cũng là một thành viên của chương trình Sáng kiến Thủ lĩnh trẻ Đông Nam Á (YSEALI).
Phan Kim Khánh bị CSVN cáo buộc đã thành lập hai trang blog « Báo Tham Nhũng », « Tuần Việt Nam », và còn bị cho là người điều hành ba tài khoản Facebook và hai tài khoản khác trên YouTube.
Sau khi hoàn thành xong án 6 năm tù giam, Phan Kim Khánh vẫn chưa được tự do hoàn toàn mà sẽ còn bị CSVN quản chế tại địa phương trong 4 năm nữa.
