Chủ tịch Trung Quốc Tập Cận Bình và thư ký Hội đồng An ninh Nga, Sergei Shoigou, đã có cuộc gặp gỡ tại Bắc Kinh vào ngày hôm qua 28/02/2025. Theo phát biểu của ông Tập Cận Bình, đôi bên sẽ triển khai trong năm nay « hàng loạt chương trình quan trọng » để phát triển quan hệ Trung – Nga.

Đây là chuyến công du thứ 2 của thư ký Hội đồng An ninh Nga, Sergei Shoigou, đến Trung Quốc trong từ 3 tháng trở lại đây. Chuyến đi lần này diễn ra trong bối cảnh tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump có động thái xích lại gần chính quyền Putin, bỏ rơi Ukraina và châu Âu. Theo AFP, thông cáo của Hội đồng An ninh Nga cho biết là Tập Cận Bình và Sergei Shoigou đã cùng nhau nhấn mạnh rằng khả năng NATO « mở rộng khu vực trách nhiệm » sang Châu Á – Thái Bình Dương là « không thể chấp nhận được ».
Muốn tăng cường quan hệ với các nước bạn hữu bài phương Tây, nhất là Trung Quốc, là mục tiêu của chính quyền Putin, đặc biệt là từ khi nổ ra chiến tranh Ukraina, theo ghi nhận của thông tín viên Anissa El Jabri từ Matxcơva:
« Cuộc trao đổi giữa Putin và Tập Cận Bình đã được chính thức xác nhận vào đúng ngày kỷ niệm 3 năm chiến tranh Ukraina. Lãnh đạo Trung Quốc đã hoan nghênh « những nỗ lực tích cực của Matxcơva nhằm tháo gỡ cuộc khủng hoảng ở Ukraina ». Chủ tịch Trung Quốc cũng khẳng định : « Lịch sử và thực tế cho thấy Trung Quốc và Nga là những nước láng giềng tốt, không thể rời xa nhau và là những người bạn thực thụ ».
Trung Quốc đã luôn thể hiện họ phần nào trung lập trong cuộc chiến tranh mà Matxcơva phát động ở Ukraina và chưa bao giờ lên án cuộc chiến này. Thậm chí trong những năm vừa qua, Matxcơva và Bắc Kinh còn tăng cường các mối quan hệ quân sự và thương mại. Chưa dừng ở đó, vào thứ Sáu 28/02, ông Tập Cận Bình đã thông báo rằng 2 nước trong năm nay sẽ thực hiện « hàng loạt chương trình quan trọng » đối với quan hệ Trung-Nga.
Vào thứ Ba vừa rồi và cả hôm thứ Năm, ngoại trưởng Nga cũng đã có mặt tại Teheran, Iran. Điều này thật bất thường bởi vì nguyên thủ Nga luôn luôn gặp các đồng nhiệm trước. Vladimir Putin đã tiếp đón tại Điện Kremlin một phái đoàn đại diện của Ủy ban Trung ương Bắc Triều Tiên. Bắc Kinh, Teheran và Bình Nhưỡng, tất cả đều nằm trong tầm ngắm của tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump. Cả 3 đều là những đồng minh trung thành với Điện Kremlin từ 3 năm qua. Bằng cách này, Matxcơva chứng minh rằng Nga không có ý định từ bỏ 3 nước đó ».
