Công ty cổ phần IPP Air Cargo của tỉ phú Johnathan Hạnh Nguyễn và vợ vừa có văn bản gửi Văn phòng Chính phủ và các bộ, ngành xin dừng cấp phép kinh doanh vận chuyển hàng hóa hàng không IPP Air Cargo.
Bà Lê Hồng Thủy Tiên, Tổng giám đốc Công ty cổ phần IPP Air Cargo, vừa có văn bản gửi Văn phòng Chính phủ, Bộ GTVT và Cục Hàng không Việt Nam xin dừng cấp phép kinh doanh vận chuyển hàng hóa hàng không IPP Air Cargo.
Theo đó, IPP Air Cargo xin rút toàn bộ hồ sơ xin phê duyệt cấp giấy phép kinh doanh vận chuyển hàng không được nộp vào đầu tháng 1.2022 và dừng các hoạt động cấp phép bay theo quy định.
Lý do doanh nghiệp này đưa ra là tình hình kinh tế thế giới đang có diễn biến xấu, suy thoái toàn cầu ngày một hiện hữu, biến động giá nhiên liệu khiến ngành vận chuyển hàng hóa toàn cầu sẽ gặp khó khăn.
IPP Air Cargo cũng cho biết, khi thị trường thế giới có sự phục hồi và ổn định trong tương lai, hãng bay này sẽ cân nhắc trở lại vào thời điểm thích hợp và chấp nhận việc nộp lại hồ sơ xin cấp phép kinh doanh vận chuyển hàng hóa bằng đường hàng không từ đầu.
Dự án lập hãng hàng không IPP Air Cargo có tổng mức đầu tư 2.400 tỉ đồng, tương đương 100 triệu USD, trong đó 30% là vốn chủ sở hữu và 70% còn lại là vốn huy động.
Theo kế hoạch, trong năm đầu tiên đi vào hoạt động, IPP Air Cargo sẽ khai thác 5 máy bay chở hàng; đến năm thứ hai sẽ tăng lên 7 chiếc và tăng lên 10 chiếc vào năm thứ 3.
Năm đầu khai thác, IPP Air Cargo lên kế hoạch vận chuyển khoảng 115.000 tấn hàng hóa, đạt doanh thu 71 triệu USD. Doanh nghiệp dự kiến bắt đầu có lãi từ năm thứ 4 kể từ khi khai thác chuyến bay đầu tiên.
Tháng 9.2022, Bộ GTVT đã có báo cáo Thủ tướng Chính phủ về việc cấp Giấy phép kinh doanh vận chuyển hàng không hàng hóa cho Công ty cổ phần IPP Air Cargo.
Bộ GTVT cho biết đã tiếp thu đầy đủ ý kiến của các ngành liên quan về việc việc cấp Giấy phép kinh doanh vận chuyển hàng không hàng hóa cho Công ty cổ phần IPP Air Cargo.
