Nói trước để khỏi hiểu lầm rồi càm ràm rằng gần nửa thế kỷ rồi, sao vẫn còn thù hận cộng sản, căm ghét tất cả những gì của cộng sản như có người đã chỉ trích, chửi rủa, nhục mạ những ai lên án những bất công trong xã hội, những lưu manh, tàn độc, gian ác, mờ ám của chế độ độc tài CSVN. Sau hơn 41 năm sống ở nước ngoài, không còn quốc tịch VN, tôi không còn thù oán gì chế độ CSVN, chỉ lên tiếng thay cho người dân trong nước vì họ không thể lên tiếng do lo sợ sự trả thù thâm hiểm, độc địa của chế độ.
Với ông Phạm Nhật Vượng – còn được gọi là Vượng Vin do ông là chủ tịch điều hành của VinGroup – lại càng không. Giữa ông Vượng với tôi không hề có liên hệ gì, ngoại trừ điều duy nhất cùng là người Việt Nam (thấy tiền thì ham). Ông Vượng không biết tôi là ai nhưng tôi biết ông Vượng (chút đỉnh), biết vì đọc tin tức về Vinhomes, VinSchools, Vinpearl…trên báo chí, truyền thông, mạng xã hội…các cái. Vậy thôi.
Bài này chỉ dựa theo dữ kiện, bài viết từ nhiều người, nhiều nguồn khác nhau nhận xét về chiếc xe VF8 của VinFast, rõ hơn là của ông trùm Phạm Nhật Vượng nói trên – tỉ phú đầu tiên của Việt Nam nhờ…cạp đất.
Nói gì thì nói, giữa tôi và ông Vượng có một sự khác biệt lớn, khác biệt dữ, khác biệt lắm, ông Vượng là tỉ phú đô la Mỹ, tôi là tên già, nghèo kiết xác, tiền hưu mỗi tháng chưa tới 1.000$, trả tiền nhà (thuê), tiền bảo hiểm sức khỏe, tiền cô-pây (copay) khi đi bác sĩ,mua thuốc hết (chanó) 950$, còn chưa tới 50$ nên cháo cũng không có mà húp – nhưng vẫn sống khỏe, sống mạnh, sống hùng mặc dù cuộc đời mưa nắng, gió táp bão bùng – Ngộ chứ hả?
Do đó (có thể) ai đó nói tôi ganh ghét, đố kịông Vượng cũng không sao, hổng chết ai. Thế giới này nhiều người giàu có quá, không ganh ghét (cho máu lên) cũng uổng.
Theo Wikipedia, hiện nay trên thế giới có 2.668 tỉ phú (1) – nhiều nhất là ở Mỹ – đang ngự trị toàn cầu với tổng tài sản 12,7 ngàn tỉ $ (12,7 trillion USD). Sao tôi không ganh ghét, đố kị với những tỉ phú Mỹ, Đức, Ấn, Anh, Tàu…như Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, David Koch, Amancio Ortega, Jack Ma…mà lại (chỉ)đố kịông Vượng? Chắc tại cùng là người Việt nên…ganh ghét, đố kị người Việt chăng? Dám lắm à! Maybe, maybe not.
Trở lại chuyện chính. Chiếc xe VF8 của công ty VinFast (lắp ráp) đang bị nhiều tiếng chê bai ì xèo suốt hai tháng qua – từ dạo hoa bay khắp phố phường, 999 chiếc VF8 lên đường qua xứ Cờ Bông – khiến nhiều người đồng hương của tôi ở Sài Gòn Nhỏ (Little Saigon) dự định mua một chiếc biểu lộ tình đồng hương xiết chặt thân tình, ủng hộ sản phẩm, bày tỏ lòng yêu nước (là yêu xã hội chủ nghĩa) chợt thấy nhợn, hết (mẹ) nó hứng theo kiểu Người Việt Lái Xe Việt, Dùng Sản Phẩm Việt (cho dù là đồ dổm).
Một người bạn (miền xa) của tôi ở Tếch-xợt (Texas) càm ràm với tôi là: “-Mja! Ra bảo hiểm Ba Chữ A (Tripple A) hỏi có bán bảo hiểm cho xe VF8 chưa?” Cô nhân viên khoảng 30 tuổi, xinh đẹp, người Việt (đàng hoàng) vần con chuột chạy tới, chạy lui, chạy xuôi, chạy ngượcmột hồi, nhìn màn hình lắc đậu, trả lời, giọng ngọt như bắp nếp (loại hiếm)trét mỡ hànhrằng chưa thấy có tên trong danh sách các loại xe được phép bán bảo hiểm”. Theo báo chí, truyền thông nước Vệ, nhà Sản cũng như trên Mạng Xã Hội, sau khi trì hoãn nhiều lần, cuối cùng thì VinFast vào ngày 01.03.2023 (cũng) đã giao những chiếc xe VF8 đầu tiên – trong số 999 chiếc dùng tàu chở qua Mỹ tháng 12.2022 – cho những khách hàng. Chẳng lẽ họ lại chao đảo tinh thần khi đọc những bài của các phóng viên, ký giả của những tờ báo, tạp chí chuyên về ô-tô như Matt Farah tố cáo VinFast đề nghị tặng 10.000$ chỉ cần ông lái thử 2 mẫu xe điện VF8, VF9 tại Việt Nam (2b), bài của Kevin Williams, người đã thẳng thừng nhận định trên Jalopnik ngày 14.12.2022 : ”- VF8 đơn giản là chưa sẵn sàng cho nước Mỹ”.(3)
