Theo Reuters, trong khi hàng trăm người biểu tình chiếu đèn laser vào tường của doanh trại quân đội Trung Quốc ở Hong Kong, các binh sĩ mặc quân phục trên tòa nhà cũng chiếu đèn vào người biểu tình.
Họ cũng dùng ống nhòm và máy quay để theo dõi người phản đối.
Binh sĩ của quân đội Trung Quốc có động thái như trên sau khi hàng chục nghìn người tuần hành để phản đối lệnh cấm đeo khẩu trang, dẫn tới đụng độ với cảnh sát.
Tin cho hay, cảnh sát đã sử dụng hơi cay và dùi cui với người biểu tình, trong khi người biểu tình đáp trả bằng gạch đá và bom xăng.
