Sau 2 căn nhà Vũ nhôm cấp cho cựu Bí thư Thành ủy Nguyễn Xuân Anh khi còn đương chức, mới đây lộ tiếp 1 căn nhà Vũ nhôm cấp cho thư ký của ông Xuân Anh là ông Hồ Ánh. Đó đều là những căn nhà gốc công sản được các lãnh đạo tiền nhiệm của Đà Nẵng giúp cho Vũ nhôm thâu tóm. Dù là cho hay là mượn thì cũng là những “chiến lợi phẩm” đem ra chia chác.
Có thể thấy, Vũ nhôm đã dùng thành quả thu được từ các lãnh đạo tiền nhiệm để làm mồi khống chế, sử dụng lãnh đạo kế nhiệm vào các phi vụ tiếp theo của anh ta. Đến một ông quan con cũng có phần thì từ đó mà suy ra, một số người lãnh đạo tiền nhiệm từ thời ông Nguyễn Bá Thanh trở đi không thể giúp một cách vô tư cho Vũ nhôm cướp bóc công sản (thông qua bán rẻ không qua đấu giá). Riêng giai đoạn ông Trần Thọ làm Bí thư Thành ủy, có lẽ không mua chuộc, khống chế được vị Bí thư này, nên Vũ nhôm đã phải vừa chìa cái thẻ sĩ quan an ninh ra đe dọa vừa chìa cái văn bản của cơ quan quyền lực to đùng bên trên để ép (đối với việc bán khu nhà Sở Tư pháp ở đường Bạch Đằng).
Những “chiến lợi phẩm” Vũ nhôm thu được suốt hơn 10 năm ở Đà Nẵng đương nhiên anh ta không thụ hưởng một mình. Nó được chia cho quan chức nào trong bộ máy lãnh đạo thành phố Đà Nẵng và trong đường dây bảo kê ở Trung ương ? Rất khó tìm ra manh mối, nhưng khó không có nghĩa là không tìm ra manh mối được.
Vấn đề là, cho đến thời điểm này, hầu như toàn bộ bộ máy do Vũ nhôm và những kẻ bảo kê cho anh ta lũng đoạn ở Đà Nẵng vẫn tồn tại, ngay cả cái ông Hồ Ánh được Vũ nhôm cấp nhà kia cũng vẫn còn tại vị trong Văn phòng Thành ủy. Vụ án Vũ nhôm đang điều tra, kèm theo đó là Thanh tra Chính phủ lại đang tổng kiểm tra việc chấp hành pháp luật ở bán đảo Sơn Trà. Cơ quan điều tra và cơ quan Thanh tra có bị bộ máy ấy qua mặt hay không là điều rất khó nói.
Còn nhớ, vụ Thanh tra đất đai ở Đà Nẵng năm 2014, dù phát hiện sai phạm lên tới mấy ngàn tỷ đồng, nhưng dư luận cho rằng phần lớn các tài liệu đã được bộ máy này hợp thức hóa để đối phó. Tuy nhiên, chứng cứ của sự hợp thức hóa này không dễ tìm, nếu như những người trực tiếp làm việc kia chưa biết lễ độ với luật pháp.
