Hoạt động diễn ra tại TP Móng cái – do Phó Thủ tướng, Bộ trưởng Ngoại giao Phạm Bình Minh cùng Ủy viên Quốc vụ, Bộ trưởng Ngoại giao Trung Quốc Vương Nghị đồng chủ trì.
Không biết đây là sáng kiến của bên nào? Và xuất phát trực tiếp từ ai? Có phải từ Tập Cận Bình không?

Nhưng không phải sự kiện nào với CHNDTH cũng phải kỷ niệm. Có sự kiện phải tránh kỷ niệm.
3. Đã có rất nhiều tư liệu về Hiệp ước Biên giới Việt – Trung. Ở đây không bàn về nội dung và về ‘được – mất’ cụ thể của Hiệp ước Biên giới Việt – Trung.
Nhưng có thể khẳng định rằng phía Trung Quốc ‘được’ mà ‘không mất’.

Có một phép để biết thiệt hơn trong ăn chia. Nếu ăn chia với con sư tử mà thấy con sư tử hài lòng thì chắc chắn phần hơn sẽ thuộc về con sư tử.

Biết rằng, rất khó khăn khi phải chung sống láng giềng với chính thể CHNDTH. Nhưng cũng nên tránh kỷ niệm Hiệp ước Biên giới Việt – Trung năm 1999.
