Ngày 26.4.2025 một cô giáo ở Sầm Sơn đi mổ trĩ tại bệnh viện Tâm An (Thanh Hóa). “Mổ trĩ vành khăn đau gấp vài chục lần mổ đẻ” – lời bác sĩ BV này. Nhưng, theo phản ánh của cô giáo, ở đây cô đã gặp những chuyện đầy khuất tất, bất công và ngang trái, như tóm tắt dưới đây, theo bài đăng của cô:
1. Cô đăng ký và nộp tiền 1 gói giảm đau giá 2.5 triệu đồng nhưng không được dùng mà chỉ làm giảm đau thông thường, nên “sau khi hết thuốc gây mê thì đau dữ dội”.
2. Đến ngày thứ 7 sau phẫu thuật, cô xin điều trị ngoại trú nhưng bác sĩ Q (em trai của giám đốc bệnh viện) không đồng ý, và yêu cầu cô phải đưa 300 nghìn mới làm thủ tục xuất viện cho cô. Cô đưa tiền.
3. Thanh toán xong nhưng BV không trả CCCD cho cô, “hẹn ngày lên khám mới trả”.
4. Lên thanh toán, “kí giấy tờ có rất nhiều dịch vụ khác với tổng chi phí hơn 500k và bệnh nhân chi trả hơn 100k”. Cô giáo này thắc mắc thì nhân viên thu ngân nói: “chị chỉ kí không phải trả tiền”. (Vậy là ký khống ư? Để làm gì đây?)
5. Cô phản ánh trực tiếp với bệnh viện thì giám đốc tên Cơ gọi điện và nhắn tin trao đổi, “thừa nhận việc ko đeo máy giảm đau cho tôi là sai, bs Q vòi tiền của tôi là sai, bs Q. là em ruột của GĐ và nói tôi không phải là trường hợp đầu tiên bị vòi tiền và rất nhiều điều nữa về bs Q; mong tôi thông cảm và hứa giải quyết thỏa đáng cho tôi” – cô giáo tường thuật trong bài viết.
6. Người của BV gọi cô lên để “giải quyết” nhưng vì còn rất đau và chứng kiến sự loanh quanh của họ nên cô không lên. Cô nói với giám đốc Cơ rằng, “Những vấn đề này tôi đã phản ánh trực tiếp với người đứng đầu bệnh viện cả tuần nay rồi nhưng vẫn không nhận được kết quả thì việc lên trực tiếp không cần thiết và mặt khác lên gặp trực tiếp thì ai sẽ đảm bảo an toàn cho tôi”. 8. Sau khi cô đăng bài lên mạng, thật kỳ lạ, BV Tâm An lại không làm việc với cô mà làm với trường cô! Họ xuống “làm việc” với nhà trường nơi cô dạy học, và thông qua trường gửi giấy mời cho cô. Đọc giấy mời ấy tôi có cảm giác như giấy triệu tập của công an!
9. Sau nhiều ngày tác động bằng nhiều kênh nhiều cách để buộc cô giáo gỡ bài nhưng không thành, và thật bất ngờ, họ đã làm đơn tố cáo cô ra công an với lý do “đưa tin sai sự thật, ảnh hưởng đến uy tín, danh dự và hoạt động của bệnh viện Tâm An”!
Và hiện cô đã nhận được giấy mời của công an!
Điều rất lạ là, đơn tố cáo này lại cũng gửi gián tiếp cho cô qua nhà trường dưới dạng ảnh chụp điện thoại trong tình trạng đã cắt đi cả phần nguyên đơn lẫn phần chữ ký, chỉ có mỗi khúc giữa! Đọc đơn qua ảnh, không biết ai tố cáo, và tại sao công an lại gửi một cái “đơn” như thế đến nhà trường… Cách mà người công an liên hệ và làm việc với cô qua điện thoại cũng rất lạ!
Rất nhiều câu hỏi ở đây về quy trình và cách thức làm việc của các bên liên quan cũng như của nhà chức trách. Nó làm dấy lên những nghi ngờ và cả lo lắng về động cơ và sự minh bạch. Tất cả đều cần được làm sáng tỏ.

Vào đọc bài đăng của cô giáo này, rồi đọc xuống phần bình luận, càng giật mình hơn, vì có cả chục người cũng nhân dịp này mà lên tiếng “tố” bệnh viện Tâm An.
Thực hư sự việc của cô giáo này thế nào thì phải đợi các cơ quan chức năng vào cuộc điều tra làm rõ. Nhưng ít nhất, với các thông tin ban đầu như cô giáo đăng tải, kèm theo các tin nhắn chụp màn hình cuộc trao đổi giữa cô và giám đốc BV, và những diễn biến bất thường khó hiểu sau đó, thì bạn đọc như tôi không thể không hoang mang.
Với tư cách người dân, tôi thấy rằng đây là một vụ việc hết sức nghiêm trọng. Sở Y tế Thanh Hóa và các cơ quan hữu quan cần điều tra, xác minh làm rõ để trả lời người dân, là có hay không sự thật như cô giáo đã phản ánh. Ai sai người ấy phải chịu trách nhiệm. Và nhất là để không nuôi dưỡng những tiêu cực có thể ngang nhiên tồn tại và hoành hành trong bệnh viện một cách đầy thách thức ngay cả khi người bệnh đã lên tiếng phản ánh, càng không thể để lối hành xử thô bạo, “cả vú bịt miệng người bệnh” trong ngành y tế.
Sức khỏe và tính mạng của người dân là điều hệ trọng bậc nhất, các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước không thể khinh suất hay thiếu trách nhiệm. Vì thế cũng cần xác minh cả những lời tố cáo trong các bình luận bên dưới bài đăng của cô giáo này, mở rộng thanh tra, xác minh, để làm rõ cung cách làm ăn và quy trình khám chữa bệnh của bệnh viện này. Nếu đúng thì thật đáng sợ, và cần phải xử lý triệt để tận gốc của vấn đề, chứ không phải chỉ dừng lại ở một trường hợp đơn lẻ của cô giáo ở Sầm Sơn kia.
