Bộ này còn cho biết đang phối hợp với phía Trung Quốc để điều tra các gói hạt giống.
Reuters dẫn lời các chuyên gia cây trồng nhận định rằng hạt nhập từ các nơi khác trên thế giới có thể gây hại tới cây trồng ở Hoa Kỳ.
