Vào chiều hôm nay, người phát ngôn cảnh sát cho biết, một số người đã vi phạm lệnh cấm dùng các phụ kiện hoặc trưng bày các biểu tượng không được hiến pháp cho phép. Tổng cộng có 850 người tham dự cuộc tụ tập tại quận Friedrichshain của Berlin. Ít nhất 15 người tham gia đã bị bắt giữ.
Cuộc diễu hành đã không thể diễn ra theo đúng kế hoạch ban đầu vì đụng phải sự chống đối. Người phát ngôn của cảnh sát cho biết, các nhóm phản đối đã ngồi phong tỏa nhiều điểm dọc theo tuyến đường biểu tình. Một số người phản đối biểu tình cũng bị cảnh sát bắt giữ.
Ba người tham gia cuộc biểu tình cánh hữu đã bị báo lên thẩm phán vì sử dụng biểu tượng của các tổ chức bị hiến pháp cấm. Một người đeo dây chuyền có chữ SS, hai người kia thì chào kiểu Hitler. Thẩm phán đã ra lệnh tạm thời giam giữ họ.
Người tổ chức cuộc biểu tình là chính trị gia địa phương của đảng AfD Aachen Ferhat Sentürk. Ban đầu ông ta đăng ký 1.200 người tham gia và sau đó đăng ký lên 2.000 người vào thứ Bảy. Tuy nhiên, con số này đã không đạt được. Theo cảnh sát, chỉ khoảng 850 người đã tham gia cuộc tuần hành cực đoan cánh hữu mang tên “Vì luật pháp và trật tự. Người phát ngôn của cảnh sát cho biết, ngay từ đầu cuộc diễu hành của phe tân Quốc xã ở Friedrichshain, những vụ bắt giữ đầu tiên đã diễn ra vì một số người không tuân thủ lệnh cấm những trang sức vật dụng phản lại quy định của hiến pháp. Vài trăm người khác tham gia để phản đối cuộc biểu tình của phe tân Quốc xã. Theo báo cáo, cảnh sát đã triển khai khoảng 1.500 cảnh sát để tách các phe phái ra.
Vì có nhiều người biểu tình đến bằng xe lửa nên cảnh sát liên bang cũng phải được triển khai với số lượng lớn hơn. Khu vực xung quanh ga Ostkreuz được bảo vệ nghiêm ngặt. Tuyến đường biểu tình đã được rào lại bằng rào chắn. Tuy nhiên, cuộc ẩu đả đầu tiên đã nổ ra. Tại Markgrafendamm, những người phản đối đã cố gắng ngăn chặn cuộc biểu tình của phe tân Quốc xã bằng cách ngồi chặn đường. Những người tham gia mang theo những tấm biển có khẩu hiệu như “Không một tấc đất nào cho chủ nghĩa phát xít!”

Người phát ngôn cảnh sát Florian Nath nhấn mạnh trong một video trên X: “Chúng tôi không bao giờ bảo vệ nội dung của cuộc biểu tình, mà chỉ bảo vệ lý do của cuộc biểu tình, quyền tự do biểu tình”. Đồng thời, ông kêu gọi những người tham gia: “Xin hãy giữ thái độ ôn hòa”.
Đây là cuộc biểu tình thứ ba của những người cực đoan cánh hữu kể từ tháng 12 năm 2024 với cùng chủ đề “Vì luật pháp và trật tự. Chống lại chủ nghĩa cực đoan cánh tả và bạo lực có động cơ chính trị”.
Một tháng trước, có khoảng 150 người theo chủ nghĩa tân Quốc xã đã tham gia cuộc tuần hành. Theo cảnh sát, có khoảng 60 người tham gia vào tháng 12. Trong cả hai lần, nhiều nhóm cánh tả đã cố gắng ngăn chặn các cuộc biểu tình. Đã có những cuộc xô xát với cảnh sát với thái độ rất hung hăng.
